I know it’s an old cliché about second hand used car dealers, and you might even think it’s a contradiction of terms, that we care about our customers, but quite surprisingly some of us do. Ever since I started helping people buy used cars in Swindon, I have always done so with one thing in mind, to treat customers in the way I would want to be treated. I want my customers to be happy with their purchase and in return be confident in recommending us to friends and family.
In todays difficult times, can you really afford to risk your hard earned money, by buying from someones door? Or being bullied by a large dealer who only wants to make another sale?
